Traveling By Plane
For domestic flights, the closest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), located just a few miles from the city center. Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) are two other options for both domestic and international flights. From any of these airports, there are various transportation options to get to the MGM Casino for Flex Forward 2023, including taxis, ride-share services, and public transportation.
Traveling By Train
Taking the train is a convenient and comfortable way to travel to Washington DC for Flex Forward 2023. Cities with the best train transportation options include New York City, Philadelphia, and Baltimore. The closest Amtrak station to the MGM Casino is the Union Station, which is approximately 20 minutes away by car. From Union Station, attendees can take the Metro subway line to the MGM Casino station or use a ride-share or taxi to reach the conference venue.
Traveling By Car
Driving into Washington DC can be intimidating for first-time visitors, but with a little planning, it can be a breeze. The most common route is to take I-95 or I-295, which will take you into the heart of the city. If you're coming from the north, I-95 will take you through Baltimore and into DC. If you're coming from the south, I-295 is the better option. Two alternate routes are I-66 or the George Washington Parkway if you're coming from Virginia. The best time to drive into DC to avoid traffic is early in the morning or late at night. If you're driving to the MGM Casino from within DC, take I-295 and get off at Exit 2B for National Harbor.

How many days is the event?
Flex Forward is 5 days long from September 19 to 23. We recommend checking into the hotel on September 18 as we have an early start on the 19th!
How much do tickets normally cost?
After our Early Bird Special ends, tickets will cost $1099 for members and $1299 for non-members.
Does the hotel come included?
The hotel is not included in the cost of the ticket and must be booked separately. Attendees can make a reservation through this link: Make a Reservation
What's included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes an All Access Pass to the Flex Forward conference. You will be able to attend five days of keynotes, group networking events, and after-hours parties. The event ticket also includes breakfast and lunch at the hotel, as well as open bar access in the conference hall at the end of each day's speaker events.
